We had the chance to sit down with vintage jewelry designer Tiffany Sparks for a Q&A after our first trunk show together. Get to know her below and keep your eyes peeled for more from Tiffany Sparks & The Green Goddess Boutique soon!
What is your design inspiration?
I’m inspired by the bold glamour and individual expression
of 1960’s and 1970’s fashion. Women were starting to use
fashion to express their individuality and personality, and
I love that! The hope is that my collection will inspire women
to add a piece of originality to their own styling.
My inspiration stems back to my childhood, having been
raised with very creative parents. My Mom worked in fashion
and has an amazing collection of vintage Vogue’s and my
Dad designs stores!
Where do you find the jewelry?
I’m an expert hunter! I have relationships with dealers
across the country and have honed my eye so I know
exactly what I’m looking for. I love the thrill of a good find!
How long have you been collecting?
I bought my first statement vintage necklace 5 years ago
and have been hunting ever since. I’ve always loved wearing
what’s unique and using accessories to express myself, and
vintage does just that! I always know no one will have the
same piece as me!
Do you design or curate?
I design looks by curating groups of vintage pieces. The Collection features a lot of
white and gold right now, but it’s ever changing because I’m always creating new
groupings and when one piece sells, I’m hunting for the next. Each piece I find has soul,
history and is one-of-a-kind or produced in very small quantities. I’ve always been drawn
to 60’s and 70’s pieces because they are bold and glam!
I’m also working on designing my own accessories. No matter what, the mission of the
Tiffany Sparks Collection remains the same – pieces that allow women to express a bold,
glam, and individual style.
Where do you sell the collection?
The Vintage Collection is sold at Green Goddess Boutique and on
thegreengoddessboutique.com. I love what Green Goddess stands for, so it’s a natural fit.
How can I use these necklaces in my wardrobe?
I wear a lot of black so adding a pop of glam with a bold vintage necklace totally gives
the outfit personality! You can pair my necklaces with anything you want from a
simple tee, a structured look or a flowy kaftan or dress. The point is that you can
make the look your own! Dress it up or dress it down and be confident creating
your own signature style! There is no rule.
Tiffany Sparks in a few sentences:
The Tiffany Sparks Vintage Collection is bold, glam 1960’s and 1970’s
statement pieces that express individual style.
Your personal style:
From how I dress to the way I decorate, my style is modern glam meets vintage. I love black and white clothes and big, bold glam vintage accessories. At home, I like white and black walls with lots of gold, mirror and Lucite accessories.
Brightly Twisted is one of our favorite companies. This Michigan based company specializes in hand tye-dye. We carry a variety of their
items including many of their scarves, maxi skirts, harem pants, and tunic tops. What we love most about this company is that it adds an
extra boho touch to any outfit. Brightly Twisted is carried at all three of our locations including Hinsdale, Licoln Park, and Bucktown. The perfect

We love Free People and the new holiday pieces we have are very Goddess like. The Jacquard Jacket is a great piece to throw over a LBD or a tshirt and jeans with boots.
We also have the Drippy Sequin Party Jacket at our Armitage location. A crowd favorite, the Sunrise sweater is back in stock at the Hinsdale location in Creme and Charcoal.
Life is full of ups and downs and what better way to give someone a meaningful word during a time of need. The Giving Keys were created by Caitlin Crosby, an actress, from Los Angeles. The keys are given to someone in a time of need and then passed onto another friend as someone else may need a word to get through something. Crosby has voiced that she likes people to send their story in so that others can be inspired. The cool thing about The Giving Keys is that they hire people who are homeless to help with this unique process. The Giving Keys has built a community of followers as customers who purchase a key send in their story about how it helped them. The Green Goddess boutique carries the keys at all three of our locations. (Hinsdale,Lincoln Park,Bucktown)
